TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1 By registering to use the services covered by these Terms and Conditions on LiveBet777, you are certifying that you are at least 21 years of age, and that you legally acknowledge to have read, fully understand and agree to be bound by and to comply with these “Terms and Conditions.” If you do not wish to accept the following terms and conditions, you must neither register nor open an account and you will be unable to access the software and the gaming services offered in conjunction therewith.

2.1 Every player/IP address/per family may register for one account only in LiveBet777.

2.2 Should there be any dispute concerning a Player's account, LiveBet777 reserves the right to suspend the Player's account until a resolution is reached. Lodging a report of any dispute must be made in writing and must state the date, time and details of dispute. To lodge a dispute, it must be sent via email to LiveBet777. The Management takes member disputes very seriously and will endeavour to take all necessary and reasonable steps in order to investigate and ultimately resolve all disputes.

2.3 LiveBet777 reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate any user's account for any reason whatsoever and at any time without prior notice. Any remaining balance of credit in the account at the time of such suspension and/or termination will be refunded to the owner of the account via a payment method that will be determined by LiveBet777. LiveBet777 also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deem void any winnings and to forfeit any balance of credit or any other winnings or entitlements of any user's account as well as any user's use LiveBet777's services.

2.4 Each user is solely responsible for keeping his/her own account number and password secure. Each LiveBet777 user is, without exception, expected to strictly disallow any other person or third party including, without limitations, any minor, from using or reusing his/her LiveBet777 account, from accessing and/or using any materials or information from the LiveBet777 Website as well as from accepting any prize. The user is solely responsible for any purchases and/or losses that are self-incurred or incurred via a third party on his/her LiveBet777 account.

3.1 Your winnings will be credited to your same name bank account and may only be withdrawn in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and upon provision of a copy of valid photographic identification and/or credit/debit card to our satisfaction.

3.2 We will not release your funds under any circumstances if the full value of your deposit is not played through in full.

3.3 Withdrawals of money from your account may only be made in the same currency in which deposits were made.

3.4 All bank charges that LiveBet777 incurs arising in connection with any of your betting transactions shall be reimbursed by you. LiveBet777 is entitled to deduct and offset the foregoing from the winnings payable to you or from your account as the case may be.

3.5 In the event when withdrawal has been made, time interval of 5(hours) are required before next withdrawal request can be processed. However this rule only apply on the same day (GMT+8:00).

3.6 The maximum amount of first withdrawal is limited to RM 50,000 while second and third withdrawal are limited to RM 500 respectively.

3.7 All deposit are required to meet at least 1(One) time the rollover amount of the deposit before any withdrawal are to be made.

Example Deposit = MYR 100 Rollover requirement = MYR 100 x 1 = MYR 100

4.1 Bonuses may only be used in the Games as may be specified when the Bonus is offered to you. Acceptance of any Bonus shall be in accordance this Agreement.

4.2 You are not entitled to withdraw any Bonus amounts and you may not take cash to fund your account without first complying with the applicable terms including, without limitation, in respect of any qualifiers or restrictions.

4.3 LiveBet777 reserves the right, without any liability to you or any other party, to withdraw or modify such bonuses or promotions and/or the specific terms and conditions governing the same at any time.

5.1 Without prejudice to any other rights, if you breach in whole or in part any provision contained herein, LiveBet777 reserves the right to take such action as it sees fit, including terminating this Agreement, immediately blocking your access to the Services and the Site, terminating your account with LiveBet777, seizing all monies held in the relevant LiveBet777 account and/or taking legal action against you.

5.2 You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless LiveBet777 and its shareholders directors, employees, officers, licensees, licensors, affiliates and subsidiaries from and against all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees and any other charges whatsoever, however caused, that may arise as a result of: your breach of the Agreement, in whole or in part; violation by you of any law or any third party rights; and Use by you of the Services and/or the Site or use by any other person accessing the Services and/or the Site using your login details, whether or not with your authorisation.
